Plant Material Warranty
All materials and workmanship are guaranteed for 12 months from installation*, excluding sod, annuals, and groundcovers. * This guarantee is only valid when you properly follow our plant care guide.
Hardscaping Warranty
All materials are guaranteed under the manufacturer's warranty, and workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from installation. Lemcke Landscape's warranty does not include discoloration of concrete-based materials.
Brick Paving Warranty
All materials and workmanship are guaranteed for 36 months from installation, excluding discoloration of concrete products.
Water Feature Warranty
All materials are guaranteed under the manufacturer's warranty, and workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from installation, contingent upon proper system winterization, start up, and maintenance.
Landscape Lighting Warranty
All materials are guaranteed under the manufacturer's warranty, and workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from installation.
Subcontract Warranty
All materials and labor are guaranteed by the subcontractor under the specific subcontractor's warranty for the service provided.
